Eye Bag Removal Cost in Singapore

Eye bag removal in Singapore costs between $2,500 and roughly $4,000 at my clinic, depending on whether the bag is treated with radiofrequency or removed surgically. AGNES and Secret RF non-surgical eye bag removal is $2,500 for the first session and $1,800 for a subsequent one. Scarless surgical eye bag removal is $2,988 plus a day surgery facility fee of $500 to $1,000. Tear trough filler, which treats a hollow rather than a bag, is $1,200 a syringe. All figures are before GST. The rest of this page explains what each price includes, why quotes across Singapore range from under $100 to over $15,000, and how to tell which figure applies to you.

Non-surgical eye bag removal cost: what $2,500 buys

The first session covers the consultation, numbing, about 20 minutes of AGNES insulated microneedle radiofrequency and Secret RF cannula treatment inside the fat pad, a cold pack, and two reviews. Results become visible from about eight weeks and typically last three to five years. Most mild bags need one session. A larger bag may need a second at $1,800, and that decision is made at review rather than sold in advance. The full procedure, downtime and FAQ are on the non-surgical eye bag removal page.

Eye bag surgery cost in Singapore: what the quote should include

Scarless eye bag removal is $2,988 for the operation, performed through an incision inside the lower eyelid under local anaesthesia, plus $500 to $1,000 for the day surgery facility depending on how long the procedure takes. Where loose skin also has to be removed, a pinch excision is added at $2,788. A surgical quote that does not state the approach, whether canthal support is included, how many follow-up visits are covered and what happens if a revision is needed cannot be compared with another quote. The scarless eye bag removal page sets out who is suitable, the steps and recovery.

Tear trough filler cost, and why it is not an eye bag price

Filler is $1,200 a syringe and replaces volume in a hollow. It does not remove fat, and placed into a true bag it makes the bulge larger, which is the commonest correctable error I see from elsewhere. If the quote you received was for filler and the problem you have is a bag that is present every morning and every night, the price is for the wrong treatment. The under-eye fillers page explains when it is the right one.

4D eye bag removal price

4D eye bag removal is a marketing name used by other clinics, most often for multi-step Fotona laser protocols and sometimes for a package of filler, radiofrequency, skin tightening and laser sold together. Prices vary from clinic to clinic and I do not quote them. No device called 4D exists. A package price only makes sense if each component treats something you have: a patient with a fat bag and firm skin needs the fat treated, not four procedures, and a patient with loose skin needs surgery rather than a fourth energy device.

Cheapest eye bag removal in Singapore

Eye bag treatments are advertised in Singapore from under $100 a session. At that price the treatment is a skin-surface device, a cream-based facial or a low-energy machine, none of which reaches the fat pad behind the orbital septum. It can soften fluid puffiness for a few days. It cannot reduce a herniated fat pad, so a course of such sessions for a true bag costs more over a year than one radiofrequency session and leaves the bag where it was. The cheapest eye bag removal is the single treatment matched to the cause, done once.

Why eye bag removal prices in Singapore range so widely

Published Singapore prices run from under $100 for surface treatments to more than $15,000 for surgery under general anaesthesia in a hospital. Four things move the number: what is actually being treated (fluid, fat, hollow or skin), the device or technique, the anaesthesia and facility, and the doctor’s time. A price without a diagnosis attached to it is not a quote for your eye bags; it is a quote for whatever that clinic owns.

Eye bag removal cost FAQ

How much does it cost to remove eye bags in Singapore?

At my clinic, non-surgical AGNES and Secret RF eye bag removal is $2,500 for the first session and $1,800 for a subsequent one, and scarless surgical removal is $2,988 plus a $500 to $1,000 facility fee, all before GST. Across Singapore, published prices range from under $100 for surface treatments to over $15,000 for hospital surgery.

Is non-surgical eye bag removal cheaper than surgery?

Per session, yes: $2,500 against roughly $3,500 to $4,000 for surgery with the facility fee. For a Grade 3 to 4 bag or loose skin, surgery is the cheaper route overall because radiofrequency would need repeated sessions and still not remove the skin.

Does the price include GST, consultation and reviews?

Prices are stated before GST. The radiofrequency session fee includes the consultation and both reviews, at four weeks and eight weeks. The surgical fee is the operation plus the facility fee.

How much is a 4D eye bag removal package?

4D is a competitor label, usually for Fotona laser protocols, and the price varies between the clinics that offer it. Whether any package is good value depends on whether you need each component, which only an examination can tell.

Can eye bags be removed permanently, and what does that cost?

Fat that is treated or removed does not grow back, but ageing continues, so no treatment fixes the eyelid for life. Radiofrequency results typically last three to five years at $2,500; surgery lasts longer at $2,988 plus the facility fee. The permanence post explains the difference.

Do I need to pay for a consultation to get a price?

Consultation and assessment is $100, waived when you go ahead with the procedure. The examination is what tells you whether your quote is for radiofrequency, filler, surgery or nothing at all, which is why I do not quote by photograph.

Which eye bag removal price applies to you

The examination decides it. My review of every eye bag treatment explains how I choose between radiofrequency, filler and surgery, and the non-surgical eye bag removal page and scarless eye bag removal page carry the full details of each. The treatment is delivered at The Clifford Clinic; surgery is at The Clifford Surgery, at the same address.
